- Description
- NASA/HQ has a requirement for a one year membership to the CIO Executive Board: (1)Access to the Annual Executive Retreat Meeting for one individual from the MemberOrganization, (2) Access to the CIO Executive Board web site, print publications anddecision support tools, (3) Access to one onsite on a topic selected by the MemberOrganization, (4) Access to CIO Executive Board teleconferences/webinars, (5) Access tothe Executive Initiative Support Queue, which will allow the member one secondaryresearch request at a time and (6) An assigned account team which proactively supportsthe Member Organization in achieving its strategic priorities by connecting thesenior-most IT executive with appropriate resources provided by Corporate ExecutiveBoards CIO Executive Board. NASA/HQ intends to purchase the items from The Corporate Executive Board. The authorityis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) Only one responsible source and no othersuppliers or The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local timeon October 13, 2011. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for thepurpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the Government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
