- Draft Performance Work Statement Sources Sought Notice This Source Sought Notice is for the Government's informational purpose only in conducting market research. The 48th Contracting Squadron anticipates soliciting within the next six months for (a qualified business concern capable of providing personnel and supervision necessary to accomplish Base Level Personnel Database Management (BLPDM) and Base Enlisted Specialty Training (BEST) )-services under the aforementioned NAICS-code. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide Base Level Personnel Database Management (BLPDM) and Base Enlisted Specialty Training (BEST) at the established facilities at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall, England and Geographically Separated Units (GSU). Performance under a resultant contract shall be provided in accordance with the requirements contained in the attached "draft" Performance Work Statement (PWS).
