- PR Request IQC 11280009012, NSN: 2840-00-256-0375, Thermal Blanket. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a guaranteed quantity of 40 each with an estimated annual demand of 159. This item is manufactured Thermal Structures CAGE 54787, P/N 5-830212; Honeywell International Inc., CAGE 99193, P/N 976016-1 Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Required delivery is 155 days ARO.. It is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is November 25, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
