- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Depuy Mitek, Inc. Cage 0J723 for Tubing. Suction Tubing #284504, Inflow Tubing Part # 284504, Waste Bags Part # 281380. This is not a set-aside for small business. This notice is an urgent requirement for Keller Army Community Hospital, 813 West Moore Loop, West Point, NY 10996-1197. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
