- The St Louis Job Corps is requesting offers for pharmaceutical fulfillment services from qualified pharmacies and or pharmacy units of retail businesses. The offered cooperative agreement shall be for 2 year base and 3 one year options. The St Louis Job Corps Center is seeking a vendor to fulfill prescriptions issued by doctors, dentists, or medical treatment centers that are providing medical care to a St Louis Job Corps student. The single store location is to be within 15 minutes driving distance from the St Louis Job Corps Center at 4333 Goodfellow Blvd., St. Louis MO 63120. Pharmacy must be staffed with a qualified licensed pharmacist at all times. Pharmacy must be able to provide a wide variety of generic prescription medicines for under $5.00. All other prescriptions will be provided at best customer status pricing. All interested parties must provide a complete list of generics offered under $5.00. Interested parties need to provide hours of service, points of contact, and copies of licenses etc. Hard copy scripts approved by the manager of the Wellness Center will be delivered to the pharmacy by the Center Logistics unit or its designee. Prescriptions will be filled within 24 hours and the Center informed when that medicine is ready for pickup. The Center Logistics unit or its designee will sign for and pick up medications. The Center logistics unit is responsible for delivering the medicine to the Wellness Center for distribution to the student and is responsible for delivering receipts of prescription fulfillment to the Center Finance Department. A monthly detailed invoice that matches the sales receipts would be submitted to the St. Louis Job Corps Finance office for reimbursement. Payment would then be processed and a check would be mailed from the Corporate office. Net terms are 30 days. The St. Louis Job Corps is exempt from all sales tax. Offers must be received in the Purchasing Department, St Louis Job Corps, 4333 Goodfellow Blvd, St. Louis MO 63120 by November 3, 2011 at which time they will be reviewed. The St Louis Job Corps Center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. The Center will be the sole judge of which offer is selected for approval. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the St. Louis Job Corps Center between the hours of 8:00 am through 4:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
