- The following is clarified: (i) In Section H, Part I, SF 330, firms must show their last 12 months DoD contract awards stated in dollars (see 3(e) above), provide an itemized summary of DoD awards to include Agency, Contract Number/Task Order No., Project Title and total Award Amount dollars. Note that only the actual Task Orders and any modifications thereto should be included in the total award amounts. Where numerous Task Orders are awarded under an Indefinite Delivery Contract, actual work performed may be described using a summary of the collective work with the respective values for each being expressed as an average range for all Task Orders.
