- Description
- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source purchase order with an estimated value of $60,000.00, to the incumbent contractor, Aspen Publishers, Inc., 76 9th Ave, STE 724, New York, NY 10011, for the renewal of various print legal publications published by Aspen Publisher. These publications include narrative analysis, criticism, and evaluation of current legal problems, case law, regulations and statutes. The aforementioned publications and services are required for official Securities and Exchange Commission's purposes. The period of performance for this award is November 27, 2011 through November 26, 2011. Aspen is the only known responsible source capable of providing the aforementioned publications required by the SEC. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications. Responses must be received by close of business, on or before October 21, 2011, and must be in writing to the address listed within this notice. No late responses will be accepted. Such submissions will be evaluated solely for determining whether or not to conduct future competitive procurements.
