TO: The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 108 each up to 308 each maximum of a HUB ROTOR HELICOPTER, NSN: 1615-01-323-4381, Part Number: 7-311411015-7. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 19 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA).
