- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for the purchase of a Flight Qusalified Ethane Constant Conductance Heat Pipe for JMAPS Focal Plane Array Thermal Control. The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Priced contract for this procurement. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. A complete specification will be issued with the solicitation and will be posted at: http://heron.nrl.navy.mil/contracts/12QTA01.HTM. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFP's and amendments to the RFP's. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. The proposed contract listed here is to be awarded under 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The actual due date for proposals will be stated in the solicitation when issued. The government does not intend to use FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
