- Army Contracting Command-National Capitol Region (ACC-NCR) proposes to make a Sole Source Award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to Price Systems LLC. This is a renewal of PRICE System Site Licenses, Training, Mentoring and Implementation Support. This requirement is to obtain continuing contractor support for Army-wide Site Licenses for PRICE Estimating Suite for Systems, PRICE TruePlanning for Systems, and training (plus training, travel and lodging), mentoring and implementation hours. As part of its mission, the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (ODASA-CE) develops and manages cost analysis tools, models and databases for the Army. There is a need for a cost tool to assist in developing cost estimates for programs early on in their lifecycle. Period of Performance will be a 12 month base period, 22 December 2011 through 21 December 2012, with two option years.
