- PRON: D11H4484D1; NSN: 7025-01-592-6905 PN: 11479767-003: QTY: 7; FIRM FIXED PRICE, APPLICABLE TO M-D6 WEAPON SYSTEM; F.O.B. DEST WITH DELIVERY TO FORT BLISS, TX. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to STACEY.POTTS@US.ARMY.MIL. No telephone request will be accepted. Please include solicitation number and you direct contact information (I.E email address, mailing address, and telephone number.) This item is restricted to Raytheon Company, AMDS Division Cage Code 05716, and Raytheon Company Cage Code 49956 because manufacturing of this part requires special test and or inspection facilities to determine and maintain Ultra-Precision quality for its function or system integrity. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offeror's must meet pre qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the web site www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under standard aviation and missile source approval request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offeror which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Note 23 Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation.
