- Please see the attached revised Statement of Work. Please note that this is not a final version and further revisions may be necessary. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the draft statement of work and estimated level of efforts, and identify special contract requirements. Please see the attached revised Statement of Work. Please note that this is not a final version and further revisions may be necessary. Additionally, please be advised that the contractor will be required to obtain "secret" level security clearances for all personnel involved within 6 months of contract award. Please be advised that the following revised Level of Efforts (LOE) may be needed annually to perform the requirements: Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager: 4,3160 hrs* Objective 1: 21,840 hrs. Objective 2: 8,320 hrs. Objective 3: 3,120 hrs. Objective 4: 2,080 hrs. Objective 5: 1,040 hrs. Objective 6: 2,080 hrs. Objective 7: 2,080 hrs. TOTAL LOE: 44,720 hrs. *USAID defines one (1) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) as 260 days or 2080 hours per year. Please note that the LOE estimate is provided for planning purposes only.
