Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Item has QCC of LCA. Configuration Control applies. Government First Article Testing applies. Requested delivery of 604 days ARO. This NSN is a Critical Application Item and is not commercial. Solicited Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Solicitation will result in a Purchase Order of 15 units. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be September 27, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
