- Statment of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z0451243A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 effective 4 August 2011, Defense DPN 20111004 effective 4 October 2011, and AFAC 2011-0714 effective 14 July 2011. This acquisition is for a Catholic Childrens Faith Coordinator.; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110. The business size standard is $7M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is G002. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8661. This requirement shall be a 100% small business set-aside. All interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements are as follows: Children's Catholic Faith Coordinator - Initial Year plus 4 option years. CLIN 0001: 1 Nov 11 - 30 Sep 12: Except June & July, 9 months only CLIN 0002: 1 Oct 12 - 30 Sep 13: Except June & July, 10 months only CLIN 0003: 1 Oct 13 - 30 Sep 14: Except June & July, 10 months only CLIN 0004: 1 Oct 14 - 30 Sep 15: Except June & July, 10 months only CLIN 0005: 1 Oct 15 - 30 Sep 16: Except June & July, 10 months only **Please review the attached Statement Of Work for all requirements of the position.** The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: FAR 52.212-2 (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (Technical capability is either meeting or exceeding the requirements listed in CLIN 0001), and (ii) price. Transportation to Travis AFB, CA 94535, is to be included in the quote. This award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
