- THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE FOR THE GRAVESITE EXPANSION PROJECT AT THE PORT HUDSON NATIONAL CEMETERY IN ZACHARY, LOUISIANA. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to 38 USC 8127(c) and Public-Law 109-461. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform and complete the indtallation of approximately 2,500 crypts for the Gravesite Expansion Project at Port Hudson National Cemetery in Zachary, Louisiana. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. CONTRACT DURATION: The performance period is approximately 180 calendar days from date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. NAICS: 238990SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 million METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER PL 109-461 TO A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDVOSB) SMALL BUSINESS.
