- Combined/Synopsis Solicitation Page One (1) and Two (2) This is a combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue an award for the following services: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), reflective clothing, hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment, fire extinquisher(s), fall protection, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) and a Performance Check (Company Calibration) in two (2) Sciaky Accuweld Systems. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with a Time and Materials Line Item is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 01 December 2011 - 30 November 2012 with two (2) option periods. The estimated award date is 08 November 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7.0M. This is anticipated to be a competitive requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
