- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO SHANE D. JACKSON, CONTRACTING OFFICER. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Shane D. Jackson, Contracting Officer, or fax request to 256-842-7629. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Bracket, Structural PRON: AX1Q0608AX, NSN: 1560-01-560-6330, PN: 406-961-016-173, Quantity: 20 each applicable to the OH-58D. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U. S. small business, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
