- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Motor, Slip Ring and Air Rotary Assembly ALAR-200-SP-CT-AS-UNLIMITED/ES16667, plus options, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Aerotech, Inc., 101 Zeta Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 as the only vendor able to provide the parts for the direct replacement of the Rotary Assembly already in place. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be reviewed by the agency.
