- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Non-Personal Service: Furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide Mess Attendant Services at the 280th CBCS, 209 Wallace Drive, Dothan, Alabama in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, UTA schedule, and Department of Labor Wages. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. If there are no offers received from a small business concern, this small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be made open to all responsive bidders. This acquisition will not be reposted to the Electronic Posting System if the acquisition is dissolved for 100% small business consideration. The NAICS code is 561720, and the size standard is $14.0. Site Inspection Location: 280th CBCS, 209 Wallace Drive, Dothan, Alabama, 36303. The site visit will be held on October 19, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. All request referencing RFQ #W912JA-11-T-0019, must be in writing and emailed to MSgt Beverly D. Shaver at beverly.shaver@ang.af.mil or faxed to (334) 394-7452. No telephone request for solicitation packages will be accepted. Quotations must be received no later than Close of Business November 2, 2011. The Government intends to award and Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government intends to enter into an agreement without discussions, never the less, the Government may communicate with an offer in order to clarify or verify information submitted in its offer.
