- This procurement is being authorized under IQC11269009067, SPM4A612R1004, for NSN 1440-01-063-9704. This solicitation is being solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The solicitation date is anticipated as 10/27/2011 - 11/28/2011. The AMC/AMSC code is 1/C with two approved sources listed as Northrop Grumman (0JRC1) P/N: 14-82003-6 and Marvin Engineering (32067) P/N: 14-82003-6. This NSN is coded as a Critical Application Item and the Inspection/Accpetance and FOB are requested at Destination. The NSN is coded as Configuration Control and requires Measurement/Test Equipment. The solicitation will not include Surge as determined by the Industrial Base Management System on 9/26/2011. Delivery will be requested as 292 days. This NSN is NOT coded as a Critical Safety Item and is not Commercial. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four one-year option periods. The estimated quantities are as follows: Guaranteed Minimum: 8 EA (Base Year Only), Minimum Stock Delivery Order: 8 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order: 32 EA, Estimated Annual Demand: 32 EA, Maximum Annual Demand: 64 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
