- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Kentucky Army National Guard's intent is to award a one year firm fixed price contract for the rental of portable toilets, and hand washing stations. This acquisition 100% small business set-a-side using NAICS code 562991, toilet renting and/or servicing, portable. The period of performance will be from 1 November 2011 thru 31 October 2012. The evaluation criteria will be lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be determined on the contractor's ability to meet the delivery schedule and the contractors past performance. The Kentucky Army National Guard wants to establish prices for the following items; 1) Standard Portable Latrines (estimated use over one year period 600) 2) Portable Hand Washing Station (water) (estimated use over one year period 40) 3) Portable Hand Washing Station (without water) (estimated use over one year period 40) These prices will be used for the extent of the one year contract. These latrines and hand washing will not be used for the full one year period but on as needed basis. Once the Kentucky Army National Guard has established that there is a need for portable latrines and hand washing stations the selected contractor will have three days to have the latrines and hand washing stations delivered to the desired location, on Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center, 4675 State Route 181 North, Greeneville, KY 42345. If you have any questions regarding this combined synopsis solicitation please contact me by email. All quotes will be due no later than 2:00 PM EST 25 October 2011. Quotes will be accepted via email martin.a.goldey@us.army.mil, clearly marked with solicitation number or you may mail them to 120 Minuteman Parkway Frankfort KY 40601, Attention Martin Goldey. Interested contractors must submit the attached quote form and turn in with their proposal. If the contractor fails to do this they will be considered non responsive and will not be considered for award. You may include additional pricing information. Also include your past performance information in your quote.
