- Location of machines Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is FA6606-12-T-0001, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423740; size standard is 100 Emp. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. Westover ARB requires the maintenance and repair of ice machines. 1 October/April maintenance service (see SOW) 2. January/June maintenance service (see SOW) 3. Service calls as applicable 4. Parts and Materials This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to complete maintenance and servicing of ice machines in accordance with but not limited to the statement of work. This requirement must comply with all the requirements set forth by the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF), federal, state, and local regulations. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price basis, and quotes should be sufficiently detailed in order to make that determination. Please see attached document for details of requirements. All quotes will be considered. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Offers shall be submitted NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM, 25 October 2011, to the Westover Air Reserve Base Contracting Office, ATTN: Dawn Whelan, 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022.
