- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled RESEARCH FACILITIES AND ENGINEERINGSUPPORT SERVICES which was posted on February 23, 2011. You are notified that thegovernment has determined that this procurement will be a 100% small business set-asideunder North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541712 (Research andDevelopment in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology),Except Aircraft) with a Small Business Administration size standard of 1,500 employees. The solicitation, when issued, will state that any prime contractor proposal from a firmthat does not qualify as a small business under this NAICS code will be considered by thegovernment nonresponsive to this solicitation and returned to the offeror.The due date for responses to the sources sought synopsis has expired and is not extendedby this modification.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
