- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to only one source being available (FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) or 16.505(b)(2)(ii)). The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) awarded a Delivery Order to Advantor Systems Corporation on 28 September 2011 to provide and install additional equipment for an Intrusion Detection System (IDS). This additional equipment must be fully compatible and integrate with existing equipment already in place at the UTANG. See Limited Sources Justification.
