- Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform snow removal services at Facility WI014 USARC, 474 FOND DU LAC AVENUE, FOND DU LAC, WI 54935-5421 & WI046 USARC, 221 NORTH SAWYER STREET, OSHKOSH, WI 54901-4299; in accordance with the statement of work and the term and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Statement of Work. The period of performance is 01 November (or subsequent date) through 31 October 2012 with four (4) one year options.
