- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE requirement to obtain a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a Basic and four option years for the depot level repair of the Direction Finder Control, NSN 5825-01-566-7710HL; Transponder Set Control, NSN 5895-01-566-6242HL; and the Receiver-Transmitter Control, NSN 5895-01-566-7709HL installed in th e TH-1H helicopter. The TH-1H is a Bell UH-1H helicopter with an integrated upgrade kit. The repair will require the contractor to restore the unserviceable assets to serviceable condition using the contractor developed repair and acceptance test procedures. The Government does NOT own the Data. The Sole Source contractor is: Executive Instruments Inc. DBA Executive Technical Services Division Executive Technical Services Inc., 4141 Lindbergh Driv, Addison, TX 75001-4361 Cage: 0C2J3 Due to the circumstances described herein, the activity WILL acquire the repair listed in this document using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The drawings, maintenance manuals and acceptance test procedures are proprietary. The government does not own the rights to the data required to repair the parts listed below through any source other than Executive Instruments Inc. DBA Executive Technical Services Division Executive Technical Services Inc. with CAGE Code 0C2J3. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial repair in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR PT 12.603 as supplemented with additional informtion included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation.
