- Description
- Synopsis Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a contract modification to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) of Alexandria, VA to provide technical services, program support, assessments and special studies and systems engineering in support of TRIDENT II Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) program, subsystem and components. The effort will include concept design development and definition; engineering processes, and life cycle assessment. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by SPA under Contract N00030-11-C-0017, which was awarded using other than full and open competition. See Note 22.
