- Attachment A - Minimum Technical Specifications for Standardized IT Equipment Enclosures ('Racks') RFQ J&A Redacted The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) program office has a requirement for brand name hardware and software, software maintenance support, encryption devices, firewalls, routers and racks with associated mounting hardware for the Separate Enclave Infrastructure for an Unclassified Information Sharing Capability (UISC) installation. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for a lowest price technically acceptable quotation. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set aside. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This acquisition is firm fixed price and solicited under a brand name basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is an all or none requirement for new equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured products, and no "grey market". Please see the attached RFQ and Attachment A minimum technical specifications for further details. Offerors are requested to submit their questions in writing to the Contract Specialist, elaina.barker@disa.mil and Contracting Officer, edward.frank@disa.mil no later than October 12, 2011, by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. No telephone inquiries will be entertained. Questions submitted after the cut-off date will not be considered. The Government anticipates posting responses to questions as an amendment to this solicitation on or about October 17, 2011. Offerors must submit their quotes no later than October 20, 2011, by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to the attention of the Contract Specialist, elaina.barker@disa.mil and Contracting Officer, edward.frank@disa.mil. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The term of the resulting contract will be for a three year period (base period plus two option years).
