- Amendment 0003 clarifies the delivery tanks and adds additional instructions for the requirement. Defense Logistics Agency Energy has an urgent requirement for the following product at Malatya, Turkey: PRODUCT: Diesel Fuel with 10ppm max sulfur content(DT2) QUANTITY: 10,000 Gallons LINE ITEM: 120-84E LOCATION: Radar Mevzi, Kurecik Akcadag, 44600 Malatya, Turkey DELIVERY DATE: 14 October, 2011 DELIVERY MODE: Tank Truck with Pump DELIVERY TANK: 2/5,000 Gallon Tanker Trucks and 1/1,200 gallon tank and pump unit (TPU). DELIVERY HOURS: 0001 - 2359 HRS seven days a week on call 24 hrs a day. DELIVERY POC#: CW2 McCorkle, 49 (0) 622-157-7716 or Ms. Jung at 49 (0) 622-157-6146 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The site is at the top of a steep road (switch back road). May require contractor to use smaller tanker bowsers to shuttle fuel to hill-top site. Turkey fuel truck reducer/connector to M969 5K tanker 4 inch male B valve; Turkey fuel truck reducer capability to 4 inch female and 4 1/2 inch female 20K fuel bags. Fuel must be sourced in country (Turkey) and supplier documentation submitted with quote. **ALL OFFERORS MUST BE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) SITE AND POSSESS A DUNS NUMBER AND CAGE CODE BEFORE CONTRACT AWARD**
