- This action is to add Flat Panel Control Indicators NSN 5895-01-552-4381FX, P/N 70M0000050-001 to the DLA umbrella contract SPM400-06-D-9405. This acquisition includes 2 each first articles and 200 each production. The delivery is 185 days after receipt of order for 2 each first articles and 20 each per month beginning 52 weeks after first article approval. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems Manufacturing Technology Inc, Fort Walton Beach FL, CAGE 1Z126, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
