- The acquisition is for the establishment for a firm fixed price contract for six Outdoor Walk-in Freezers, Polar King or equivalent. The solicitation will result in a one time DVD buy using lowest price technically acceptable source selection techniques. The material will be required to be delivered to a CONUSmilitary consolidation point. The FOB point for this acquisition will be destination and the acceptance and inspection point will also be destination.
