- SOLICITATION NOTICE RFP VA-69D-11-RP-1878 REFERENCE LABORATORY SERVICES The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) has a requirement for Reference Laboratory Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Health Care System, VISN 12, for a base year period with four one year option periods to renew at the discretion of the government. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical capability to perform services, past performance record, and socioeconomic considerations. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, firm-fixed priced contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This procurement is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621511 is $13.5M. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic versions of the solicitation will be available October 7, 2011 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and enter the solicitation number. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
