- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD, intends to procure and award, on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a 3-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract with QRC Technologies for products and services related to survey devices. This acquisition will consist of survey devices from QRC Technologies, including: hardware, such as the Integrated Collection System-2 (ICS-2) module, and required operating software for the unmanned air system (UAS) models currently in theater as well as those under development. This acquisition includes hardware, software and incidental services required to calibrate, test, and integrate these critical mission payloads into a UAS. This acquisition also includes training services to train government and military personnel on the proper operation of the system. The survey systems must be compatible with fielded Navy Command and Control (C2) and data requirements for integration to current Navy systems in theater. Anticipated award date is December 2011. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing they can fulfill the requirement of providing the Survey Devices by QRC Technologies may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-12-R-0007 and clearly show the firm's capability, background, experience, and assets necessary to the provide products and services to satisfy the requirement mentioned above, without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and delivery of the products or services. Written responses shall be submitted by email to steven.shultz@navy.mil within 15 calendar days from this Notice date. See Numbered Note 22.
