- ***Update*** On 3 Oct 2011, a draft solicitation was posted to the JLTV ProcNet website for the JLTV EMD Phase for Industry review and comment. The JLTV ProcNet website is located: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/majorsys/jltv_emd/jltv_emd.htm In addition, the Government is accepting reservation requests for JLTV Industry One-on-One Meetings that are scheduled to take place on 11 Oct 2011 through 13 Oct 2011 in Arlington, VA. This forum will allow industry to ask questions and provide more comprehensive feedback on the draft Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) requirements. Reservation Request Instructions are posted to the website above. Registration is open and on a first come, first serve basis and will be cutoff prior to 6 Oct 2011 should the available dates become taken. *** Background: A website was established in March of 2010 on the TACOM Warren, MI Procurement Network (PROCNET) Business Opportunities for planning information related to the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase.
