- Solicitation Number W81XWH-12-T-0007 will be issued on or about 11 October 2011 and proposals will be due on or about 17 October 2011 @ 4:00 PM EST. The Government's requirement is to acquire Non Personal Services consisting of Testing and Analysis of Urinary Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin (uNGAL) in burn and trauma subjects. The Performance Work Statement will be in the proposal. This service will be for United States Army Institute of Surgical Research located in Fort Sam Houston, TX. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511. This will be an Unrestricted Procurement. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 11 October 2011 at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
