- BSM PR 0042113652. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-512-1851, Fairing, Aircraft, IAW McDonnell Douglas (CAGE 8V613) part number 7-51140175-102. The only other approved source is Cox & Co. Inc. (CAGE 98085), part number 6110-142. FOB Destination is required. This is not a Critical Safety Item. This is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 210 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is October 21, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about November 21, 2011.
