- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Detroit Delineated Area: North: Bethune St. East: I-75 to I-375, East to St. Aubin, South on St. Aubin to Jefferson Ave., East to Douglas MacArthur Bridge South: Detroit River West: Michigan State Route 10 including 3 rd St. to Detroit River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,911 ABOA Square Feet Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27,027 ABOA Square Feet Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten Years Firm Term: Five Years Option Term: 　 Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous and on a single floor in a Class A or B building. The building must provide or make available existing backup generator capacity for computer operations. The offered building must have a current Energy Star rating and Offeror must provide evidence of its Energy Star rating of 75 or over with its expression of interest. Offerors must demonstrate that the space offered can be delivered complete and ready for Government occupancy to meet the Government's Tenant Improvement specifications by June 1, 2012. Offerors must provide scale CAD drawings of: a) the proposed space, b) a scaled floor locator plan, and c) a scale plan showing the exits from the lowest floor of egress from the building with their written expression of interest to be delivered to the address of the Contracting Officer no later than the close of business on October 5, 2011. Brokers offering space must provide evidence of their authority to offer space to the Government in the form of a signed letter authorizing the broker to submit the property from the property owner. Offerors must submit required specific information on the GSA Market Survey form prior to the Market Survey date. Other specific requirements will be detailed in the Solicitation for Offers at a later date.
