- NSN 4730-01-572-1223; Adapter, Straight, Tube to Boss; Critical application item. The DLA Land and Maritime Supply Chain (DSCC) is issuing solicitation SPM7M312R0006 as Unrestricted. This acquistion is for a source controlled drawing as of the date of this solicitation only the sources(s) cited on the drawing have been approved. Even though sources and approved part numbers are provided, the item furnished must meet the requirements of the cited drawing. offerors who are interested in qualifying their product for purpose of future acquisition must contact the cognizant design activity specified on teh source controlled drawing. COC requried to prove traceability to approved source. Supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). I/A/W QAP 77445 4050905 and I/A/W Drawing No. 77445 4050905 type no 0003-0018. Source Controlled Dwg approved source is Rockwell Collins Electromechanical (86831) P/N 0003-0018. Quantity being requested is 1074 and a 100% (1074 EA) option is included, unit of issue EA going to Conus DLA Stock Location W62Gt, Stockton, CA. Various incrfements are solicited. Insp/Accept and FOB are requested at Destination. Delivery is requested at 180 days ADO. Packaging is I/A/W Mil-Std 2073-1D. Solicitation will be available in FEDBizOpps on it's issue date of 10/25/11. The small business standard size is 500 employees for NAICS code 332996. NOTE 12 - Item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement of Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. NOTE 26 - Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in PART 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the descibed supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contractin officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
