- ****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION related to this acquisition should be directed to DLA-AHA; Shalanda McMurry, Contract Officer. email: Shalanda.mcmurry@us.army.mil PRON: AX1C0320AX, NSN: 1650-00-756-1046, Part Number: 114SS660-1, Nomenclature: Hydraulic Motor; Quantity: 80 each minimum, 245 each maximum applicable to the BK (CH-47) Weapon System. This will be a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 80 each due 375 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to: The Boeing Company, Cage Code: 77272 and Eaton Aerospace, Cage Code: 62983. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as define. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone requests will be accepted. Export Control Statement: This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the arms export control act (title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 ET SEQ.) or executive order 12470. Violation of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties.
