- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Army Geospatial Center (AGC), in support of the US Army Research Institute for Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) is assessing the existence of sources and requesting capability packages from industry on the requirement to acquire research, development, and analyses, and conduct research efforts intended to resolve issues associated with ARI's on-going programs of work in US Army personnel, including selection, classification, assignment, recruiting, retention, and cross-cultural competence. Interested sources shall have knowledge and experience related to identification and measurement of individual differences, job analysis, performance measurement, validation of predictor measures, advanced statistical techniques, research design, testing and assessment, and cross-cultural psychology. To successfully fulfill the requirement, a prospective offeror must have demonstrated capability in all areas. Knowledge of anthropology is also desirable. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541720. The business size standard is $7.0M. Your response should identify your business size (large or small) in relation to this NAICS code. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to determine if there are sources capable of satisfying the government's requirement for ARI's support services. NO PROPOSALS are requested or accepted under this RFI.
