- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled: Architect-Engineering Services forthe George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, Alabama and Support Facilities A-E-1-11 whichwas posted on September 29, 2011. You are notified that the following changes are made: These goals are to be expressed against total contract value. Each large businessproposer should provide a subcontracting plan along with their bid. The subcontractingpercentage goals for this effort are as follows: 12 percent SB goal, 2 percent SDB goal,2 percent WOSB goal, and, 1 percent SDVO SB goal.All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing (e-mail or Fax) toAnna C. Stovall, Fax 256-544-9162; e-mail anna.c.stovall @ nasa.gov not later thanOctober 24, 2011 4:00p.m. local time. Telephone questions will not be accepted.The due date for responses is not extended.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.
