- Description
- The USDA Forest Service Southwest Regional Office intends to execute a commercial award under other than full and open competition-sole source basis to Nambe Pueblo of New Mexico in accordance with FAR 6.3 for approximately 371 length of service awards. Award amount will be approximately $25,000. The work will be performed during 30 days after award. This notice is not a request for proposals. However, all proposals or responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitations will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon respon ses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Award is anticipated on or about 24 October 2011. Interested parties may e-mail capabilities statements to the above referenced contracting officer.
