- Redacted J&A The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of PM Soldier Weapons, solicited, negotiated and awarded a sole source contract to Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (KDA) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) for Field Service Engineer (FSE) Support for Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace Remote Weapon Stations (RWS). The effort is a new firm fixed priced contract for the services of FSEs from KDA to supplement current Government Field Service Representatives (FSRs) CONUS. The FSEs are to perform installation, checks, and services on US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) owned Remote Weapon Stations. USSOCOM has identified a need for at most twenty-five (25) personnel for a period of performance of at most one (1) man year per individual. The period of performance for this contract is two (2) years starting 4QFY11.
