- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for approximately 800 tons of Type "A" Rip Rap Quarry Stone and approximately 1,700 tons of Crusher Run CR-6, Gradation - " stone mixed with Quarry Dust. Delivery and final acceptance will be at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 815 Bethel Road, Chesapeake City, MD. Pricing is to be fully blended and inclusive of all transportation variables. Period of Performance will be from the award of the contract and will be completed within 30 days. Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested directly from this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), W912BU-11-T-0061.
