Description
The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 22,000 Rentable Square Feet yielding at the minimum of 18,777 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet for a term of ten (10) years, five of which will be firm in White Plains, NY. The offered property shall include thirty (30) secured parking spaces to be included in the rental consideration The building in which the space is offered shall comply or can be made to comply with all requirements in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) to include the latest fire protection & life safety, handicap accessibility, security, and environmental requirements. The location offered shall be able to accommodate a Criminal Investigations Division (CID) unit and an IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC) and must be located at a maximum of 1/4 mile from public transportation serving the Greater White Plains area. The building in which the space is located shall, or can be modified to project, a professional, clean, and well-maintained appearance, located within the Central Business District (CBD), or within publically accessible office parks within the Greater White Plains Area of Consideration (see attached delineated area). This modification, to include the Government's implementation of RLP no. 7NY2510 supersedes all previous modifications to SFO no. 7NY2510.
