- Rwanda Land Activity USAID/ Rwanda plans to implement a land program which will support the government's ability to improve access to justice for Rwandans, particularly women, youth, and other vulnerable populations on land-related issues. This in turn will help to reduce the vulnerability of individuals and communities and the potential for conflict around land.
