- Pr Number: IQC11208009008 FSC: 5306 Nomenclature: Fully Competitive Bolts RFP Due Date: December 7, 2011 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 1098 Core Items and 21,488 may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum of 25%. Delivery is as follows: 250 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Surge Pricing is included in the solicitation. The offeror must provide a detailed approach for covering S&S requirements in the Capability Assessment Plan (CAP) and, if required, a Validation/Test Plan. Solicitation Clause 52.217-9007 will contain complete details. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: 2012 June 30. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price. Also, formal source selection will be utilized.
