- Building and Grounds Maintenance Services at their Shenango River Lake Project in Mercer County, Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Some of the services include, but are not limited to, grass mowing, trimming, maintenance of landscaped areas, debris removal, herbicide application, cleaning of offices and restrooms, shampooing and steam cleaning carpets, and solid waste and raw sewage removal. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (NAICS Code 561730; size standard is $7.0 Million). Two separate contracts may be awarded: one mowing and one for janitorial. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2011 (or date of award, whichever is later) through 30 September 2012, with two one-year option periods.
