- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center, located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown New Jersey intends to enter into a 12 month Firm-Fixed-Price contract with four option periods on the basis of full and open competition (no set-aside used) for a Copier Lease for the VA Law Enforcement Training Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The Contractor shall provide copier equipment, to include the lease, training, and maintenance. The copiers shall be brand name or equal to one (1) Cannon imageRunner Advance C7055, one (1) Cannon Advance imageRunner 6075, and one (1) Cannon Advance imageRunner 5050G. The Contractor shall deliver and install these three copiers in the VA Law Enforcement Training Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The copiers also need maintenance. Please let us know if your company can provide a comprehensive plan that covers the lease, training, and maintenance of the subject copiers. It is requested that any interested party submit the information required below via email to the point of contact listed at this bottom of this announcement. Interested contractors shall provide the following: "Company Name; "Company Address; "Point of contact name; "Telephone number; "Email address; "Company's business size, including applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) CAGE code; and "Brief capabilities statement not exceeding 2 pages. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is VA118-12-RQ-0005. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS Code is 532420. RESPONSES DUE: Please submit the above requested information and comments by October 11, 2011 2:00PM EST via Email to David Gabrysiak (Email: david.gabrysiak@va.gov). This request for information, or "sources sought," shall not be construed as a Request For Quote. Information is to be provided on a voluntary basis. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges including postage and shipping will arise as a result of the submission of contractors' information.
