- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED CONTRACT NUMBER GS-08P-09-JA-C-0089. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Buildings Service, Denver Federal Center Service Center has issued a Modification PS43 for the following revisions to the construction requirements for the Department of State Facility (DOSF) at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado: 1. The Contractor shall provide re-design for new storm water retention facility overflow structure allowing revisions to elevations into Downing Reservoir. 2. The The Contractor shall provide two (2) 4" conduits from the main building, (to include a full complement of Fiber and Copper backbone cabling), to the guard house; one (1) 4" conduit from the main building to the fence line for security fibers, (this conduit will continue directly into POD 1); 1 ¼" inner-ducts for two (2) of the four (4) conduits throughout the telecom duct bank system., and nine (9) additional inner ducts with pull strings connecting the Demarc Room to the Gatehouse and the Communications MH. All necessary panels and additional wiring need to provide connectivity to the gate house. All cabling infrastructure requirements are to be coordinated with the Telecom Infrastructure plans and specifications. 3. The Contractor shall provide CAT 5 telephone communications pulled from each of the M001 and M002 utility meters to the Qwest telephone pedestal service connection at the existing DFC substation. This modification is valued at $1,174,959. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act.
